光束采样器产品
光束采样器DOE用于监视高功率激光器
激光束采样器允许高功率光束（零级）沿光轴不受干扰地传播，但会产生两个能量较低的侧光束。这两个采样光束位于主光束的左右两侧（-1和+1阶），其特征在于其有既定的分离角和采样功率比。因此，根据客户的要求调整采样率相对容易。
