长焦产品

Holo/Or的长焦解决方案可创新性实现更大的焦深以及更高的横向分辨率(小束腰)。
很多应用需要同时具备这两个矛盾特性的光学元件,如:

  • 激光打孔和透明材料(玻璃,二氧化硅等)切割
  • 显微镜检查
  • 轮廓测量
  • 精确对准

传统的光学元件(球面镜,反射镜等)无法同时实现这两个目标。高横向分辨率需要高数值孔径(NA),而长焦深则需要低NA。
我们创新的方法可以使聚焦的“圆柱体”具有锐利的边缘和更大的聚焦深度,同时又能使激光光斑尺寸非常小。
新的解决方案完善了现有的多焦点产品系列。与多焦点产品相比,扩展焦点的优势在于,它可以沿自由度产生连续的强度分布,并且不会受到相邻焦点之间能量较低的区域的影响
