Holo / Or有多种解决方案满足沿光轴的多焦点需求:
多焦点衍射光学元件(DOE)允许单个入射光束沿传播轴同时在多个不同的焦距上聚焦。
从准直的输入光束(单模或多模),输出光束聚焦在特定数量的焦距上,焦距是在多焦点DOE设计期间根据客户的要求预先确定的。

多焦点DOE有两种配置:

  • DOE由在其平面侧蚀刻的具有预定焦距的平凸透镜和衍射图案组成。
  • 为了获得更大的灵活性,可以使用窗口DOE,以便在一定距离处获得焦点,用户在DOE之后添加常规的聚焦透镜。镜头焦距决定工作距离(WD)

多焦点DOE也可用作长焦元件,在诸如激光玻璃切割和激光微加工等应用中有效地增加了聚焦深度。
